"Swansea is ahead of many local authorities in harnessing a more environmental approach to waste management and we examined many options before choosing the TEG system. The project is on target and within budget and we expect to be operational within the next quarter. We are very pleased with our choice so far"

Roy Probert, Strategy and Contracts Manager, City and County of Swansea Environmental Health Department, August 2006.

The Swansea plant has been operational has been operational since November 2006 and was handed over to the City and County of Swansea in February 2007.

Lancashire County Council has worked successfully with TEG since January 2007 when TEG were able to provide much needed ABPR accredited kitchen food processing capacity. The County Council together with Preston City Council and the Lancashire Environment Fund implemented a kitchen food waste trial to householders in 2005 which has proven to be very popular. The trial has now ended but the service has continued to move from strength to strength and TEG have been a huge support in this demonstrating an eagerness to accommodate our ongoing requirements in a very flexible and professional manner"

Sue Procter, Head of Waste Management at Lancashire County Council.

Waste from the trial was processed at TEG's plant in Preston.
